Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, through which legal mechanism the Ajax IFV contract has been signed.
This question was answered on 20th May 2021
The AJAX contract was placed under competition, following Ministry of Defence policy and EU procurement regulations prevalent at the time. The contract is subject to English Law.
