Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what representations he has made to the government of Israel over its decision to freeze the transfer of tax revenues to the Palestinian Authority.

Our Ambassador to Tel Aviv discussed the decision to freeze the transfer of tax revenues with the Israeli Deputy National Security Adviser and the Senior National Security Council Director Foreign Policy on 4 January. He urged them to reverse it.
