Question to the Wales Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, what discussions he had with the Secretary of State for Transport prior to the decision to display the Union flag on driving licences in Wales, Scotland and England.

Prior to the decision to display the Union flag on driving licences, I had been in contact with the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport about the case for including an optional Welsh flag on driving licences.
