Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the status is of members of the Independent Panel Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse.
This question was answered on 13th January 2015
The Home Secretary has said that the Inquiry should have the power to compel witnesses. The panel members are continuing with their work while a decision is made on how best to achieve this.
