Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many investigations have taken place into each type of alleged misuse of internet resources at his Department in (a) each year since 2010 and (b) 2014 to date; and whether such investigations resulted in disciplinary action or dismissal.

The Department has carried out fewer than five investigations of alleged misuse of internet resources in each of the years between 2010 and 2014 (to date). No investigations have led to any Departmental staff being dismissed.
