To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what estimate he has made of the annual cost to the Exchequer of exempting houses on brownfield sites from stamp duty land tax on their first sale.

No such estimate has been made.

HMRC data does not contain any information on brownfield sites. Furthermore it does not contain information on if a transaction is the first sale of a developed site.
