Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many complaints have been made to the Merlin Mediation Service about non-compliance with the Merlin Standard since April 2012; and what the outcome was of each such complaint.
This question was answered on 11th December 2014
Since April 2012 six cases have progressed as appropriate through the mediation process to conclusion. There are currently no cases in the mediation process.
