To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, if he will meet the Northern Ireland Executive to discuss the inclusion of pensioners in Northern Ireland in the Warm Home Discount Scheme.

Fuel poverty is devolved to the Northern Ireland Executive, which decides its own fuel poverty objectives and policies.
