To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, when he expects to complete the sale of East Coast Main Line Company Ltd to Inter City Railways Ltd.
This question was answered on 4th December 2014
The sale of East Coast Main Line Company Ltd to Intercity Railways Ltd is expected to complete on the commencement of Franchise services, 1st March 2015.
