Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what recent assessment he has made of the effectiveness of the Jobcentre Plus key performance indicators in ensuring jobseekers secure sustainable employment.

Current performance measures for DWP include the Off-flow rate, where work is a key destination. Sustained employment is a major focus of Universal Credit, and the Department is currently looking at ways to best reflect that in its performance indicators.
