Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether the review of personal independence payment by Paul Gray will include information on waiting times for assessments and for decisions from the Department on claims; and when that review is due to be published.

The independent review of personal independence payment (PIP) being conducted by Paul Gray CB is subject to terms of reference which have been published on the PIP independent review page of GOV.UK: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-pip-assessments-first-independent-review. As stated, Paul Gray will present his report to the Secretary of State before the end of 2014, after which the report will be made available from the same page.
