Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how much his Department has spent on legal fees over prevention of release of information requested by Freedom of Information requests since 2010.

The spend on legal fees in relation to Freedom of Information requests is not separately recorded in the department’s accounts system.
