OPBAS is part of the FCA. FCA fees are set following public consultation. The FCA consulted on the 2018/19 fee-rate for OPBAS in October 2018 (CP18/32). Consultation closed on 14 December. The outcome of the consultation is being assessed through the appropriate internal governance procedures and the FCA intend to publish its decision in Spring 2019.
