Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many requests the Scottish Government has made using the powers of Part 3 of the Scotland Act 2012 for the addition of new devolved taxes.

The Scottish Government has not made any requests to create new devolved taxes under this power.
