Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many children were born underweight in (a) Preston and (b) other local authority areas in Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester and Cheshire in (i) 2010, (ii) 2011, (iii) 2012 and (iv) 2013.
