To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what steps her Department is taking to help identify the person who impersonated President Trump's Chief of Staff in messages to the Prime Minister; and what assessment she has made of the potential merits of preventing the use of insecure Whatsapp channels by the Prime Minister.
