Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what statistics the Government collects on (a) graffiti incidents, (b) Fixed Penalty Notices for graffiti offence in lieu of prosecution and (c) graffiti prosecutions in court.

The Government does not collect data on graffiti incidents, Fixed Penalty Notices issued for graffiti offences in lieu of prosecution and graffiti prosecutions in court.
