The only franchise operated by Directly Operated Railways (DOR) since 6 May 2010 is InterCity East Coast. The costs for mobilising DOR to take over the running of that franchise in November 2009, as reported by the National Audit Office (NAO), were £5.6 million. The full NAO report was published 22 March 2011 and is available on the NAO website at http://www.nao.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/1011824.pdf.
