Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many grants of settlement were given to Tier 1 (Post Study Work) visa holders since 2009; and what the countries of origin were of those granted settlement.
This question was answered on 8th September 2014
The Tier 1 (Post Study Work) visa gives no eligibility to apply to settle in the UK.
