Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what guidance has been given to Ministers from the Cabinet Secretary on (a) Leaks and (b) information security since July 2026.

Ministers play an important role in maintaining the security of government business. New ministers receive security briefings in their first weeks in Government as a priority, which includes guidance on information security. In line with practices across successive Administrations, the Government does not otherwise comment on internal security arrangements.
