To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what the total spend was by NHS Trusts on community mental health teams in 2017-18.

This data is not collected in the format requested.

The data collected from all National Health Service trusts, known as reference costs, does not record total spend on community mental health teams.

The Government has recognised that we need to go further in improving mental health services. That is why the NHS Long Term Plan committed to implementing new and integrated models of primary and community mental health care, which will support adults and older adults with severe mental illnesses.
