Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the No10 press release entitled No10 North open for business as the Government’s new situation room for making Britain better, of 23 July 2026, what are the full terms of reference of the National Economic Council; who are its (i) temporary/ad hoc and (ii) permanent members; and how the National Economic Council differs from the Council for the Nation and Regions in relation to combined authority mayors attending.
