Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 14 July 2026 to Question 17739 on Arms Length Bodies: Equality, what assessment she has made of the level of non-reporting by other ALBs for the financial year 2024-25: and what steps have been taken to ensure 100% reporting by ALBs in the 2025-26 report on EDI expenditure by public bodies.

All external Equality, Diversity and Inclusion expenditure for the financial year 2024/2025 that was reported to the Cabinet Office has been published. The same principle will be applied for 2025/2026. It is the responsibility of arm’s-length bodies that fall within the Civil Service to report their relevant expenditure to the Cabinet Office.
