Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether trade union facility time can be used for publicising union’s political views on official matters.

Facility time is provided to undertake trade union duties and activities. A non-exhaustive list of trade union duties and activities can be found within the ACAS Code of Practice.
