Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, how much has been spent on what (a) media training and (b) social media training for (i) him and (ii) Ministers in his Department since May 2010.

The Department for Communities and Local Government has not spent any money on (a) media training or (b) social media training for Ministers in the Department since May 2010.

I note that the Parliamentary record states that Ministers in the last Administration from 2008 to 2010 spent £2,115 on public speaking training and £650 on professional development (as outlined in 30 March 2009, Official Report, column 966W).
