Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, which the highest number of previous convictions for failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders Register for an individual convicted of a further such offence without being sent to prison was in each year since 2010.

convicted for breaches of their notification requirement in England and Wales
are contained in the Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements Annual
Report, published by the Ministry of Justice. The MAPPA reports for 2009-2013
may be found on the GOV.uk website
