Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many disabled people entered the Access to Work scheme in each year since 2004.

Information on the number of individuals helped by the Access to Work scheme each year are only available back to 2007, and up to Q3 (31st December 2013). The requested information is already published from 2007 onwards, and can be found within table 1 on page 8 of the latest publication at the link below:
