Child Support Agency: Maladministration

Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many times the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman has found against the Child Support Agency for maladministration; and how much compensation was paid in each of the last six years.
