Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many letters have been sent in the last three months by WSP Land Services on behalf of HS2 to Chesham and Amersham residents on preparing and serving the relevant notices for surveys and possession for constructing the railway.

184 letters were sent to residents (postcodes beginning HP5 – HP8 and HP16) in the last three months by WSP Land Services on preparing and serving the relevant notices. These letters were issued to solicit further information regarding property ownership/occupation, and to refresh data to ensure current accuracy ahead of service of notice.
