Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of (a) disabled and (b) all other staff employed by his Department received each level of performance rating in their end of year performance assessment for 2013-14.
This question was answered on 1st July 2014
At present we do not have any publishable performance markings data for 2013-2014. The data you have requested will form part of the 2013-2014 equalities report which will be published in November 2014.
