Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answers to Questions 197489, 198434, 198842, whether NHS staff records are available to (a) Ministers and (b) officials in his Department in (i) misconduct and (ii) other cases.

National Health Service staff records for misconduct or other cases are not available to ministers or Department officials.
