Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what plans he has to update the CWIS walking stages target for the general population to take account of changes in methodology in the NTS.

All the aims and objectives set out in the 2017 Cycling and Walking Investment Strategy will be reviewed in due course as part of the Department’s work to develop the next phase of the Strategy. This work will take into account a wide range of factors, including recent changes to the way data on short walks is collected via the National Travel Survey.
