Question to the Department for Business and Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, how many breaches of minimum wage legislation by employers in Enfield North constituency there were in the last four years.
This question was answered on 12th September 2023
All businesses – irrespective of their size, business sector or location – are responsible for paying the correct minimum wage to their staff.
