Accident and Emergency Departments: Standards

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many patients aged 60 and over waited 12 hours or more in accident and emergency departments in each of the last three years; and what assessment he has made of the effect of 12-hour waits on the level of patient mortality.
