Equipment purchased with funds from the Access to Work scheme belong to the person or entity who made the purchase, which may be either the employer or the individual who requires support. As the equipment or support is disability specific to an individual, Access to Work advisers from the receipt of an application encourage employers to release the equipment with the individual if they move roles or to new employment.
