Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, whether his Department plans to review the UK's membership of the Energy Charter Treaty.

The Government is assessing the situation regarding Energy Charter Treaty modernisation and will keep the House informed of developments.
