Private Rented Housing: Social Security Benefits

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, when he plans to bring forward legislation to make it illegal for landlords and agents to have blanket bans on renting to tenants (a) in receipt of benefits and (b) with children.
