Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, on how many occasions the budget impact test has been triggered in the course of a NICE technology appraisal.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has advised that 27 topics have triggered the £20 million budget impact test at the point at which the company made an evidence submission.
