Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps his Department is taking to increase the supply of epipens.

The Department is working very closely with all the manufacturers of adrenaline auto-injectors, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, NHS England, and others to try to resolve these issues and improve the situation as quickly as possible. Supplies of adult adrenaline auto-injectors are currently available and sufficient to meet demand. Additional supplies of junior adrenaline auto-injectors have arrived this week and the situation is expected to improve further in the coming weeks.
