Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, with reference to his Department's White Paper entitled A Fairer Private Rented Sector, what the process is for tenants to challenge a landlord’s decision to withhold consent for having pets in a rented property.
