Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, with reference to his Department's White Paper entitled A Fairer Private Rented Sector, published 16 June 2022, what his Department's policy is on what actions would constitute a landlord unreasonably withholding consent when considering a tenant’s request to a pet.
