The Government is making additional funding available so that departments and the devolved administrations can prepare effectively for EU Exit.

At Autumn Budget 2017 we made an additional £3 billion available for 2018-19 and 2019-20 (£1.5bn each year) on top of £700 million additional funding previously announced.

The devolved administrations are receiving their full share of additional funding in devolved areas through the Barnett Formula. Through this process the Northern Ireland Executive departments have so far been allocated an additional £2.35m in 2017-18 and £15.2m in 2018-19.
