Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what the cost to the public purse was of the visit to the UK of the President of the United States.

The visit by the President was a Guest of Government visit. As with all visits of this nature, the costs will be made publicly available and will be published on the gov.uk website in due course.
