Between April 2014 and September 2017, 75,000 industrial injuries disablement benefit decisions (new claims only) have been made. During this time period 3 per cent of claim decisions were overturned at the appeal stage.

The information on Mandatory Reconsiderations is not readily available and can only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
