Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the plans to offshore refugees to Rwanda, whether people arriving in the UK because they have family members in that country will be considered eligible to be sent to Rwanda.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
