Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what assessment he has made of the extent of Russian influence in negotiations between the Kurdistan regional government and the Iraqi Government; and if he will make a statement.
