Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to registrations to the Building Safety Fund, if he will provide a breakdown of pre-tender support allocated under that fund.

The amount of funding for pre-tender support allocated from the Building Safety Fund so far can be found in the Building Safety Fund Registration Statistics, available at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/remediation-of-non-acm-buildings#building-safety-fund-registration-statistics .

The amount allocated to each individual project, and how that will be used, will vary according to each project’s needs. Pre-tender support is limited to 10 per cent of the estimated cost of work.
