Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether undocumented Ukrainians living in the UK are eligible for the (a) Ukraine Family Scheme, (b) Ukraine Extension Scheme or (c) Homes for Ukraine Scheme; and what support her Department plans to provide to those people.

Undocumented Ukrainians living in the UK are not eligible for any of the Government’s three Ukraine Schemes. They may though be able to regularise their status through other routes which are available to those who are undocumented in the UK, subject to meeting the relevant requirements.
