Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, when he plans to respond to the correspondence from the hon. Member for Weston-super-Mare of 12 December 2022 and 13 January 2023 on behalf of his constituent Wendy Carlyon on a landlord’s petition.

I apologise for the delay in responding to my Hon. Friend's correspondence. The department attaches great importance to the effective and timely handling of correspondence from Honourable Members. A response was issued to my Hon Friend on 6 March 2023.
