Published data on performance against service standards for immigration applications made in the UK and from overseas, and the proportion of those cases classified as non-straightforward, can be found here: (https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/migration-transparency-data#uk-visas-and-immigration)

To meet these service standards, case-working functions allocate workload in an appropriate manner and as such there are a number of different objectives and targets in place. These are dependent on the level of experience and seniority of individual caseworkers across the different UKVI case-working routes and also take into account any reasonable adjustments required in order to fulfil our statutory duties under the Equality Act 2010.
